Lauren is a kindhearted, intuitive being full of wisdom and light. Through travel and learning, she has awoken her true calling of connection and service. Adopted at birth, personal struggles with addiction, abuse, body image, and feeling like an outlier – she has rebirthed through her own self through inner work. Lauren is sober 5.5 years from alcohol and drugs- dedicated to living in connection to spirit and sharing her heart.

From New Jersey, she has taken the unconventional path through living and travelling in Mexico, Peru, and India. She combines sacred practices of yoga, breath, rituals, and embodiment to her yoga, coaching, and offerings.
